Gift Vouchers purchased on our website are sent automatically to the email address you specify at the time of order. Gift Vouchers include unique numbers & patterns. Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase further gift vouchers. We cannot be held responsible if you enter your email or the recipient's email incorrectly. Site offers & promotions (including gift with purchase & discounts) do not apply when purchasing Gift Vouchers. Valid only for the treatments as described on the voucher & cannot be exchanged or refunded. All Gift Vouchers are dated & expire on the date as highlighted on the voucher. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for either partly or wholly. We are not responsible if a voucher is lost, stole, destroyed or used without permission & a replacement will not be provided. Gift Voucher bookings must be made in advance & will be subject o availability.  Please read the Booking Fee section on our website before purchasing a Gift Voucher. If less than 48 hours notice is given to move or cancel an appointment, a 25% charge will be made to use the voucher on a later date.
